How to make a booking

To check that the dates you require are available, please fill-in and send the booking enquiry form which you will find on the drop-down menu. Please state also alternative boat classes or dates in case your first choice is already booked. You can find a field for additional information on the bottom of the booking enquiry form.

Provided the vessel you have chosen is available, we usually make a provisional reservation and will then contact you. If the boat class is already booked for your dates, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you alternatives.

Instead of sending the enquiry form via the website, you can also phone our office on 01463-236 328. If we are not able to take the call immediately, please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Once we have made a provisional reservation, it will remain on hold for a limited time only (usually for up to 3 days), after which time it may be confirmed by paying the Initial Payment/deposit.
This is payable by VISA, Matsercard/Eurocard or Maestro/Solo by phoning us or by sending a cheque, made payable to Caley Cruisers Ltd, to our address (see contact details) along with a completed booking form (pdf file for downloading available at the document library - open documents folder).

Please do let us know which payment method you prefer by phoning or emailing us. If you prefer to make a bank transfer, please contact us for our bank details.
